Greg Burroughs–originally from Lebanon, Ohio–is a singer-songwriter who has always had a love of music. Burroughs sings vocals and plays a variety of instruments including the guitar, piano, and harmonica, however his main passion is song writing. Burroughs made Nashville his home after graduating from Berklee College of Music in 2008 and began collaborating with world-renowned songwriters including David Lee, Darrell Brown, and Clay Mills.
While at Berklee, Burroughs and a few of his buddies grouped together to become The Greg Burroughs Band and he hasn’t looked back since. Playing approximately 200 shows annually over the last three years, Burroughs has shared bills with acts the likes of Charlie Daniels, Vince Gill, Travis Tritt, and Jake Owen.
Burroughs creates an infectious, party-like atmosphere everywhere he plays, whether he’s fronting a full band show on the road or enjoying an acoustic writers round in Nashville. Burroughs spends an equal amount of energy off of the stage and has learned to forge his own success without a record label, major booking agent or investor. He credits his progress to his loving fans and the lifelong friendships he’s built through touring, record sales, digital downloads, and merchandise sales.
